Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a very technical art which a gi or kimono is warn during training. It uses leverage and technique to defeat larger stronger opponents. Chokes, joint locks, & ground control are the key aspects of bjj.
Submission Wrestling

Submission grappling is a combination of wrestling & BJJ used for sport and without the gi. It is very effective for sport competition and has a faster pace than bjj.
Boxing

Boxing is the most well know combat sport worldwide. Footwork, defense, and combination punching are all important aspects of boxing.
